Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking can only be made after RIVUS confirms availability by phone or e-mail

Payment by bank transfer to confirm booking.

Cancellation request must be sent by e-mail.

Cancellation up to 21 days before the date, client will be refunded 100%

Cancellation between 21 and 7 days before the date, client will be refunded 60%.

Cancellation with less than 6 days before the event, client will not be refunded.

RIVUS reserves the right to cancel any experience due to bad weather conditions, if navigation is restricted by the authorities or any other reasons of major force. In these cases the refund to the client will be 100%.
